A double door container is constructed the same as a standard ISO shipping container. This is a specialty container and is only available as one-trip/new.
It has the same 14 gauge corrugated steel panels and 1-1/8” thick marine grade plywood floor. A standard container has cargo doors on one end, but this has a second set of OEM doors installed by the manufacturer on the opposite end of the container from the original container doors. This second set of doors facilitates loading/unloading and provides additional secure access to the container.
The 20ft high cube container has an exterior height of 9’6”, which is 1 foot taller than the standard height of shipping containers. They are designed to accommodate those needing to store or transport larger oversized items that don’t fit inside standard height containers. This is a specialty container available in one-trip/new only. This unit is not available in used condition.
An open side container has the same features as a standard container. The major difference is two additional bi-fold doors on one of the side walls. The inner portion of the bi-fold doors can be opened similarly to the standard doors on the end of the container. Or you can open the bi-fold portion as well, giving you full access to the entire side of the container. An open side container is also referred to as a full-side access container, side access container or side opening container.
The 20ft used shipping container is part of our used shipping container lineup. Generally, all our used units are 8-12 years in age and may contain minor dents and surface rust.
When a container is delivered to our yard, it is inspected to ensure that it is watertight, structurally sound, has intact floors and working doors in order to safely and securely store your goods.
